Taking advantage of this snow day to share some gorgeous Chelmsford High senior photos. This time with showing off a gorgeous lehenga. When Ayushi told me she wanted to wear a lehenga for her senior portrait session, I was so excited. A lehenga is a traditional 3 piece outfit from India. It consists of a long skirt, a top and a saree. It was even more gorgeous then I expected it to be. We had so much fun exploring the gardens at the Minuteman National Park in Concord then working our way down closer to the famous Old North Bridge. We started at the gardens because we felt her lehenga fit the vibes of the gardens best. Then it was time for a quick change out of the lehenga into another outfit. Sunset was coming quickly and we were losing light fast. Thankfully it wasn’t too hard for Ayushi to change because of my pop up changing tent. Huge thanks to Ayushi’s little sister Nitya, she was the best assistant! Running the lehenga back to the car so we didn’t have to carry it around. Scroll to the end of the blog post to see Ayushi and her sister looking absolutely stunning together. I hope more opt to wear one during this next season of senior portraits. It’s not too early to start thinking about booking your senior photos, especially my soon to be Chelmsford High seniors! That yearbook date in the early fall comes faster then you think.
