Abbie+Billy | Downtown Lowell | Engagement Session

Oh how we love Abbie and Billy!  They are such a cute couple and we love that they are artsy and fun.  We can’t wait for their Spring wedding at the Estate at Moraine Farm in Beverly.  It’s going to be a lovely day full of DIY touches for sure.

We spent a rainy day with these two in our city of Lowell.  We originally planned on shooting their session in Boston, but with the weather the way it was we decided to take advantage of a pause in the heavy rain and to shoot right in Lowell.  We LOVE LOVE LOVE shooting in Lowell, and not just because it means out commute time is 5 minutes.  It’s such an amazing city with so many cool locations to take advantage of.  So we grabbed some umbrellas and walked around with these two love birds.

Lowell has so many fun alleyways you can take advantage of.  This is one of our favorites…is it weird to have a favorite alleyway? Taking advantage of the cobblestones streets.   The image on the left shows Billy’s personality perfectly!   We made a pit stop at Boarding House Park and took advantage of all the greenery and the interesting architecture.
We went to the top of the parking garage for some fun shots as well.  The weather thankfully held out the entire time we were shooting and was just a little drizzly.  Abbie and Billy were such troopers.   We ended the session back near their apartment, a perfect place to end!  Congratulations Abbie and Billy, we can’t wait to capture your wedding date!!
