Weddings

It was a day filled with smiles and lots of love for Melanie and John’s wedding. We started the day getting ready at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester. I loved the large room the ladies had to get ready it! It was gorgeous. The guys met Drew at the church, St. Rose of Lima in Northborough, where they hung out before the ceremony started. Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony. I absolutely loved the stained glass at the church, it was gorgeous (being a former art teacher who took stained glass in college, I always appreciate it!). Melanie+John opted for a full mass, but it felt like it went by so quickly. Next it was off to Tower Hill Botanic Garden for the reception. We spent cocktail hour taking wedding party and family portraits. Once those were done we ran around Tower Hill to hit up some of the fun spots for portraits with Melanie+John. There honestly are so many places at the venue that are amazing. I think you could shoot there every weekend and use different locations each time. Melanie loved the Wild Rumpus sculpture on the property (as do I!) so we hustled over to it for some portraits. Before too long cocktail hour was over and all their family and friends were being brought into the Orangerie for dinner, where we spent the rest of the evening eating and dancing.
