Carmela+Evan | Cake Smash Session

A few weeks ago I spent some time with these two sweeties who just turned one!  Their mama’s planned a lovely cake smash session at Erin’s house.  Carmela and Evan’s moms are friends and they are already planning the wedding for these two born only days apart.  Cake smash sessions are always so much fun to shoot because you never know how the kids are going to react.  Enjoy some favorites from this session!

After some family portraits it was time for them to put on their best cake smash outfits!  Both Carmela and Evan were so cute.   Evan was up first!  It took him some time to dive in, though he definitely knew he didn’t want the one candle on his cake.  He took it off right away.
After Evan’s turn Miss Carmela was up next.  She dove right in and dumped her cake off the cake stand pretty quickly after she started.  It was so funny and cute.
