Cole | Holiday Portrait Session

I love this little man just as much as I love my two kids.  He’s our godson.  His mom was someone very dear to my heart who I miss immensely.  Prue, my daughter, asked me today if I missed Auntie Danielle (she had found some photos of Danielle and I together, what seems like a lifetime ago).  “Of course, I miss her” I told Prue.  Prue’s response was, “you’ll always have these memories”.  And she is right, thanks to the photos of us together, I will always be reminded of those memories.

He is growing up so quickly and looks so much like his mom.  It’s a blessing to have a little piece of her still here with us and to have these images, to always remind us of our memories.

I went up to their house to capture some photos of Cole and his dad Jared together.  We squeezed in a last minute session for Holiday Cards.  This little guy is a typical 3 year old, combined with the fact that he doesn’t like having photos taken.  I’d say it was a successful session for sure, but I might be a little biased.
